I sought long and hard for the perfect Magnesium supplement and I found this. The packaging is in bottle. The tablet size is not hard to swallow. The ingredients literally just have Magnesium Bisglycinate, nothing more and nothing less, without even any of the harmful and/or synthetic other ingredients. This totally helped in reducing the onset of my severe migraine, and even when I do have it, it is not as unbearable and immobilizing as it used to. It also helped me get a good sleep.
