No taste, desolve easily, good size of the product for the price. I can feel that it calms my nerves as I take it every evening. I sleep better and feel better. Good quality ingredients, no additives. Magnesium is also good for my muscles and joints. Natural product worth trying!

i think this form of magnesium mineral is the best quality as the ingredients only magnesium bisglycinate in powder form, so it has no fillers whatsoever. the size of the package is reasonable, it serves 50x, so it can last slightly under 2 months. i use this to combat joint and muscle cramps and to get a benefit of good night sleep as it was suggested by other users. also, it's good for hormone regulations. i haven't tasted it yet, but the smell is natural. i believe it will be a good addition to fertility supplements too.

The quality is over the top, the quantity is enough for couple of months, 4th time restocking. One of my favorites in Iherb purchases! Would definitely recommend this brand ???? and the price is very reasonable. Tastes amazing, adds flavor to everything. The quantity is massive it can last you for a year. The ingredients are same as the written on the bottle. Packaging is very friendly and easy to use. I use it for variety of recipes

I take this for better sleep & muscle spasms. Not all magnesiums works the same so I have used different types to find what works best for me & this has to be one of the best so far. I don't even need to use a full serving to experience a good restful sleep. A full serving works a little too well & leaves me feeling groggy/fighting to wake up by a certain time. I rarely have muscle spasms when using this magnesium unless I've overworked myself. I've tried it with just water & dont really taste anything, which means I can use it for everything. Great product

Great way how to improve your good sleep and have a rest if you have some issues with it. Comfortable package with additional protection for lid against of any useless water, with a special spoon, you can use it for exact doses I bought it for mom and she is happy! take it almost every night to avoid sudden waking up in the night.

I recently started purchasing my supplements in powder form so I can better control the dose. I’ve purchased several of this brands supplements and that’s why I chose this one so far it’s better than the pills but a little goes a long way so imo I wouldn’t use the scooper or recommended dose but magnesium is a wonderful necessary nutrient but with all things you must be cautious go slow and most importantly learn your body no one can say what will work for you cause the more you learn your own body the more you’ll understand what your own body needs and how much your body needs finally please get tested for any vitamin or mineral deficiencies before buying something you might not need or that might make matters worse!!! I have enjoyed using this magnesium. The package was well placed as well. The quality is good very highly recommended, the size is also perfect. I like it because there isn’t any after taste of the magnesium which is brilliant. It is also easily absorbed. It also has a nice taste.
