I've been using this form of magnesium for at least 6 months. It has no laxative effects, luckily! It seems to be well absorbed as a recent blood test showed that my magnesium levels were fine. I also take other supplements in powder form so I find it easier to mix them in a glass with water rather than take loads of capsules with fillers! I take a gram a day so it lasts a reasonable time.

Magnesium is great for getting good sleep, getting rest, and relaxing muscles. When I started using it, I did not accept its taste, but after several days, I began to feel that it tastes good, and I do not feel it after dissolving it well in water, and I am happy with its use. I used it every night, meaning once a day.

Best and fastest way if you have mineral deficiency, it's a good quality magnesium and quickly absorbed, but I noticed when I take two dosages at a time it upset my stomach so I recommend at least 4 hours between dosages, all ingredients are clear and it comes in a good packaging and size, it really benefits my muscles and increased my sleep quality, it tastes tolerable, I didn't notice any changes in my hormones.

This magnesium is great; its size is convenient, and its quality is high. It is best taken before bed to promote restful sleep and is excellent for relieving leg cramps. It can be taken with a little berry or grape juice to mask the taste, mixed with a small amount of water before bedtime for a comfortable sleep. It is also said that magnesium is beneficial for balancing sodium levels in the kidneys.

I started using this type of magnesium about a year ago after trying every possible magnesium combination with no benefits. Both are free activities that help regulate your nervous system. To understand how to write I recommend reading the book "everything will be fine I promise" by Faouzi Zouhair. Reading allowed me to face my traumas and defeat my demons. I live every day simply and peacefully. And if I feel down or stressed I start writing to put my head in order. This is the best supplement to make you sleep soundly.. i took it 1 hour before bedtime n tomorrow morning just feel like a new person..
Usually before taking magnesium glycinate i will wake up in the middle of the night and cant go back to sleep.. i also up to pee a few time..
After taking this, i sleep like a baby n dont wake up for pee anymore..
The taste of it is a bit off because it has no flavour..but i just drink it because of its benefit it gave me..

Great product to help me clam down and aid my sleep after heavy gym training. It helps me reduce muscle cramps during sleep and is good for joints and packed with benefits. I find that it makes me drowsy quickly and fall asleep at night. I mix it only with water and it does have some weird taste to it but only if i dont stir and wait for the powder to melt. Overall, i’m rating it five star.

Since i started taking this brand of magnesium glycinate, it’s been very beneficial to my health. Helps keep my blood pressure down ( i still take my prescription meds), helps with achy legs and muscles and gives me a satisfying sound sleep each night. Great product which has no extra fillers which is a plus for me.
